This is a vintage Kakas Newbury Street Boston Fox Fur headband in excellent condition with no flaws. Established in 1892, Kakas Furs was Boston\'s premier furrier, famed for its impeccable craftsmanship, and iconic storefront featuring a polar bear waving from the display window. This legendary store, housed in what is now the Ralph Lauren building, closed its doors in 1997, making this coat a true collector\'s item. Owning a Kakas Fur is akin to owning a symbol of Boston\'s golden era of fashion. This headband is so soft, fluffy, and a timeless unique piece to own. It has elastic in the back to help stretch the head piece and it lays flat at 13” wide. It has been professionally cleaned.
